Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi everyone, hoping to hear from some pontiac g6
owners or experienced ones.  My g6 engine light
had been coming on and going off for about a
week.  I had been hearing some knocking noises
for two days but was still able to drive it.  It was
hesitating to start, then stAlling on me.  Tried to
start it and now it's not starting at all.  Any ideas of
what this could mean or be.

Thank you I Wil see if that is the issue, but how will I be able to check for codes if the car isn't starting now
