Car won't start

We replaced the motor in an 2004 audi A6. There are no codes. Checked the timing belt and it's fine. Did the computer reboot thinking it might not recognize the ignition key. That didn't work. Checked vac, thats fine. Checked fuel, Thats fine. What are we missing. Why won't it start?

The car did start before we put the new motor in. We did not change out the computer or wire harness.
