2004 audi A6 won't start

never had this problem before. Just had oil changed at garage 3 days ago, ran fine all weekend, Tuesday am. won't start
cranks but won't turn over. have gas. battery indicator is fine. good cranking just no ignition

update to my question above - there is oil under the car - dipstick shows full - over the full line actually. we added some oil in case the car thought it was low (oil indicator light was on) but still doesn't start
