1996 Plymouth Voyager - Transmission problems

My transmission acts like it has shifted into neutral. It works fine when i leave the driveway, but acts up when i get to the stop sign at the end of the street. i turn the key off/on wait a bit and all is well. what is causing this?

1.ck fluid 2.computer scan get code *maybe more then 2problems (in put sensor, out put sensor, lockup switch,or internal damaged )

My transmission seems like it dosnt want to grab any gear.it made a glincing noise and then nothing.what could be the problem
