AC won't shut off completely. Just replaced Blower Motor resistor....works on all levels, but doesn't seem to turn off completely...suggestions?

1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager van 3.8 ....ac only worked on high....replaced blower motor Resistor. Ac Works on all levels but doesn't seem to completely shut off...still on just a tiny bit, but on....what should we check next?

I have the same problem with mine. Can't seem to figure it out. If you find out will you please give an update?
