Need to know how to fix 1999 Plymouth grand voyager?

The battery terminals are corroding.
I've replaced the battery. The clock
went out. The engine revs while the
mph decline. The battery light comes
on. I don't have lots of money but
need to be able to get to work.

The alternator went out right after I posted this. It was only reading 6v.
