I Cant Find How To Torn On The Bright Lights... Anyone know how?

Pull the signal light lever towards you. (lightly)

yeah however if you don't hear or feel a click then your high beam switch probably needs to be adjusted

Play with the steering wheel tilt. In the low positions my brights won’t function either, but if I tilt the wheel up a little they work fine.

Brights was working fine and just quit you can click the switch all day but nothing happens
