I have 14 inch tires on my car, I need to know if I can change and put 15 inch tires and rims on it?

that should be fine just measure your fender to tire with the 14 inch and subtract one and see if the clearance will be enough

You probably can find 15's that will bolt on but you will need a lower profile to maintain you gear ratios and speedometer.
