I'm my car the Service Vehicle Soon, Trac
Off, and Anti-Lock lights are on. What does
this mean?

Time to get it serviced, there is a failure in the antilock brakes, and that could also turn on the trac lock off light, cause the trac lock system uses the brake to control trac lock.
