how do I fix the passenger side visor vanity lights? The driver's side works.

As the drivers side works you can rule out a blown fuse. I have seen numerous broken wires right at the bend where it goes inside the visor itself, if that checks good then the switch and lamps.

Start with checking the bulb, then check the switch, then trace the wiring. You could swap the driver side unit with it to see if it works on the passenger side. This might help troubleshooting.
