Engine not wanting to turn over

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The car was setting for about a year only has
110,000 miles ok I drained all fluids changed
filters car ran fine for about 20 miles next day
started up was going seen temp gage going
up pulled turned off over hoses leaking
radiator dry rotten replaced now when try to
start the starter sounds like it’s working but
engine won’t turn over checked for engine
lock up can turn belt an pulley so tried rolling
down hill an jumping off tried second gear
and third gear poping off clutch still not
cranking?? Anything else anyone can help
