cannot get brakes after bleeding 3 times, would this have anything to do with proportioning valve on rear of truck

customer had a brake pipe rot off and was repaired.  I have tried for 3 days to get brakes.  They are fine for a bit then loose pedal.  One bleeder screw i cannot get loose, afraid of twisting it off.  I have replaced master cylinder as well.  The pads are fine.   email maxp@nb.sympatico.ca   bp    thank you !!

The air remaining in the brake system is probably trapped in the line/wheel cylinder from which ou can't remeove the bleeder valve. Suggest you use some strong penetrating oil on the stuck bleeder valve, tap with a brass hammer and try to remove it so you can do a complete bleed job. Cheers 53poor
