Car wouldn't start replaced starter and now
it'll start but after a few attempt I realized I
replaced it with a 95 year instead of a 96
year cause this be why it delays to start

According the parts guide the '95 and '96 use the same starter, so check the wiring and other components. How is your fuel pressure?
