Up at the top of your brake pedal, there's a button, and I don't know why but there's a piece of plastic that presses that button. Your plastic piece has broken off and the button's going through the hole instead of the button being pressed. You can get that plastic piece at a parts store or dealership and also a temporary fix would be to cover the hole with a coin and duct tape.
Do not buy a Nissan Altima with a cvt transmission worse car experience yet and I've owned several cars this transmission has failed badly with no warning and I have kept up good on the maintenanc...
