From Autozone, a new distributor is $259.99. This is supplied with a new cap, rotor and ignition control module. If you're just fixing it to sell it, the lifetime warranty won't really appeal to you. Lol. For a cheaper route, check some local salvage yards. The nissan 3.3L motor is quite common. You should be able to find one easily. As far as repairing the distributor, I'm not sure whether that's possible without knowing more details.
