I have 2000 Nissan Maxima and. My ac blow cold when I'm driving but when I stop it blow hot

First try spraying out the radiator and condenser coil with a garden hose and nozzle maybe clogged with dirt and bugs causing little to no air flow.

Ok I'm try that about the spraying out with garden hose and wat u mean about evacuated recharged
