Grinding ,Spinning, and scrapping noise

I have a 2000 maxima with 104,000 miles it has a loud Grinding ,Spinning, and scrapping noise   under-hood  front passenger side of car like by the belts what should I have checked first? and what  could be causing this noise?  I put it on Photo-bucket to hear noise here is the link to it if this is OK..?

Sounds like you could have loose or glazed belts. To find out take a spray bottle of water and spray a little water on belts. If the noise changes at all look at tightening the belts or replacing them.
