is there any way to check the 80amp and 100 amp fuses/relays under the hood on a 3.3 nissan motor

you can use a multi tester and check for continuity , putting one probe on each side , some you can visually see if they are burnt

they are bolted in so yes they are hard to test, but they should have a clear plastic window for looking at the element.
