My front left tire squeaks when turning my wheel,
I've been told I need to breaks and wheel bearings.
Would that be the cause of the squeaking or is it
something else?

if make noise turning left, it's right wheel bearing opposite if turning right. weight and pressure is decreased off bad wheel opposite turn direction. I experienced same problem and mechanic found tire rod end and front brake pads needed replacing. I'm not a mechanic and went with his diagnosis. Problem was solved for > $700.00
