It is the serpentine belt and you may want to check the belt tensioner also.

Quick question rowefast but if it was serpentine belt wontent it make The noise continuously not just when I turn all the way to the left ??

Look at the belt, if you see cracks and wear in it then it needs to be replaced. Yes if there was a belt misalignment the belt would make noise all the time. But if the belt is stretched, then there is not enough tension on it. There should be some sort of indicator marks on the belt tensioner, that would show this.

Also, if you have spilled anything on the belt like antifreeze, coolant, then it is contaminated and no good.
