Can I replace my ignition with a used one without
having to pay for programming?And is replacing
ignition simple

No to both your questions. It would be best to find a shop that has the knowledge and it able to either do the programming or know a locksmith that has the right equipment that can come to them and do right in the shop. Otherwise your stuck with the overpriced dealership.
