2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid, Check Hybrid System" with "Check VSC system"

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello, I have a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid and one day the car began to
flash all the dashboard light and the car alarm was activated, as if it had
electrical problem. When this happened, the 12v battery was replaced. How
two weeks after this event the "Check Hybrid System" comes on along with
"Check VSC system.  When this happen, we scan the car and the code was
P0A80 Replace Hybrid Battery Pack and P3026 Battery Block 16 becomes
weak.  We changed all the bad cells and scanned the battery again, this time
the code was P0A80 and P3026 Battery Block 9, however, when we prove
all the cells they have it 7.5v or more, so I remove all the bus terminal, clean
all the corrosion, then we scan a 3rd time and still have the same code
except that for code P3026 changed to block 2.  I don’t know if I missed
something in the process to repair the battery.  I currently don't have the
economy to replace the whole battery and I don't know what else to do. Any
ideas that can help me. I appreciate all the help you can give me.
