About 12 years ago, I paid $45 to the dealer to get the radio code for my 94 Mitsubishi 3000 GT. now, enter the code for free because I don't want anyone pay lots of money just for a radio code. Hope you get the radio working for you!

I just bought a 1996 3000GT and the radio needs a code. The previous owner doesn't have it. Is there any way to get this without paying a tech to remove the radio for the serial number? Thanks a lot.

Actually the radio code varies. I found the manual and the previous owner wrote it on back page....the only other way is to go on mitsubishi owners radio code website and follow the steps. ... you will need to remove your radio and enter the #s to get your code unfortunately.
