Did previous owner tell why it would not crank? Or what happened right before it quit running? Are you sure that the timing belt is ok? At that age it's probably something that you need to check into.

sorry just getting back to this its none turbo. and he said it got hot and the heater hose busted but pulled over when it got hot. he said the computer was fried and i replaced the coil. only thing left is the enigine control module or computer whatever most of us people call it. my aunts bf said if the computer was fried then i wouldnt be able to get fuel pressure to it or crank it. which im getting neither to happen.

Sounds like you on the right track with the ECM but to be honest if previous owner did not drive it anymore after just a hose blowed( that's a very simple repair). It would concern me that there might be something he is not telling you. Take a close look at the water and oil to insure that the two don't appear to be mixing. Most times someone parks one after it has over heated and does not repair it it is due to a blown head gasket. When you do get fire and fuel if it still won't start do a compression test.
