battery is dead or low on water.... if you can jump start it....take battery off and see if it still stays idleing if not probably your alternator

Tried jumping it and nothing! Lights radio everything works and does not make a clicking noise like it does when starter is bad! Anyone have any ideas what it might be?

sounds like a bad ignition, relay or possibly bad starter its self... doubt it has anything to do with water though lol, by the way napalm, newer cars will not run without a battery hooked up so that's not an indication of bad alternator also a car will start with a bad alt. as long as the battery is charged enough, first thing I would do is check all your fuses could be all that it is

If lights dim when you turn the key I would check battery voltage and connections. Make sure all are tight and clean. Also ground connection from battery to frame and motor.
