Timing belt

Asked by Apr 21, 2017 at 06:55 PM about the 2002 Mitsubishi Montero Sport

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Is there a view port for the timing belt on
a 2002 Mitzubishi Montero Sport XLS
2WD 3.5 liter?  Mechanic says mine is
saturated with oil, and although the car
has oil leak from valve covers, I'm certain
he didn't take off the timing belt cover.
