i have a 2002 Mit. Galant 4 cyc. turn signal flashes fast and dash lights go out sometimes I tried going to auto part store to buy fuses but no one will sell them unless I know exactly what fuses I need, I don't even know where to look to find out..please help

is not a fuse problem you have a short.on the dash board.and your turn signal side that is flashing fast is burn out.
