03 92000 miles.  srs ligth turns on and off.  seems like on at 12 off at 2 o'clock.  recent work done  all belts, water pump and thermostat.  horn works when light is on.  everything else seems to be OK. tried disconnecting battery.  please help.

sounds like someone has disconnected and reconnected wireing wrong. if horn only works when light is on the power is tied into the switch. need to take it back to whoever did the work and have them correct it asap. as this will cause future problems in other electrical components.

Try reseting the ECU, same way as the battery but wait 15mins

The srs is your airbag! If the sensor is malfunctioning it's easy to fix. Otherwise, the whole seat is replaced or was.. Disconnect the battery. Wait 15 min. It may fix it for a short time, but only if the sensor is your prob. Remember if you have uneven weight constantly,the sensor will start having problems. Had this prob in my 2000 eclipse ft.
