Won't start

No crank no start no sound at all tried jumping the
battery radio lights all work

Bad starter? Bad starter selinoid?

The starter is bad. Try hit it with a hammer(don't hit it too hard to break the starter) a couple of times, the starter will almost always work and the engine will start. If working you have found the problem.
