Greetings..Steve here in Canada. I have a 1994 Mercury Sable Station Wagon.. When it's cold, the blower fan stops working. 3rd time now. Any ideas as to why? And, can it be corrected? This is my 1st Ford, and a real mystery to me. Much appeciate ant light you could shed here.....with much thanx. Steve......

I followed the recall information link at the bottom of CarGurus' '94 Sable Overview page and found that Mercury acknowledged a problem with cooling fans back in early '97 - it's the third recall down on that page. You may be able to get the problem fixed free by an authorized Ford mechanic, but if not, they say call Ford at 1-800-392-3673. Hope that helps!
