Have the Automator checked diodes could be bad causing the battery to drain

Make sure everything is off, no dome lights, glove box light, etc. disconnect a battery cable, put a test in between the battery post and the cable end, if the light glows bright you have a draw that will kill a battery overnight, next electrically disconnect the alternator, if the light goes out then you have found you problem, replace the alternator, if the stays bright then you need to start removing the fuses one at a time noting where each fuse was, until the light goes out, then find what is on that circuit, locate and repair or replace the offending componets, reinstall the fuses while watching the light, if all is good then the light should be off when finished. Note: parasitic loads can make the test light glow dimly, this normal and not a battery killing draw. HTH

Follow tennisshoes' advice, it's right on. One thing I found on mine was that the rear window wiper wasn't moving up after closing the glass, and it drains the battery. I've even considered removing the rear wiper arm to alleviate the problem.
