The air conditioner on my 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis only blows hot air when I turn it on even on the coldest setting. How do you repair this?

Sounds like the refrigerant leaked out of the A/C system. So you stop in to your local mechanic or A/C repair shop and have them find out why the Refrigerant leaked out, replace any hoses, or O-rings and pressurize the system with the correct amount of refrigerant.
