2001 mercury sable..heater wont go off!

The heater in my 2001 sable keeps
coming on and shutting off, now it's
stuck on. The radio was also stuck on.
Thought it was the control panel  
replaced it and that wasn't the problem.
When we replaced the control panel
and disconnected the radio it was
sitting on passenger seat still playing!
What could it b?

There is a TSB concerning this issue having to do with a blend door malfunction TSB 02-23-6 Actually the Taurus models have had similar issues as well covering other years. Have a look at the TSB perhaps this is your problem. I don't have answer to the radio issue your having call a Witch doctor for that one. Good Luck!
