Mercury sable 24v Dohc

Need details on My Valve covers My car is steady
makin this Hissing noise as I take off in drive I
checked and it's no vacuum leak or anything , my
family member says it's the valve cover not sure
but if it's true How do I Replace it Car Runs but
every Now and then i will Lose power and i may not
even get it to 40mph and it drives fine anyone may
have details ?
