Financing thru Car Gurus

If a buyer finances thru CGS do they charge the seller any fees? Will they
finance Bill Of Sale cars? Georgia and many other states are "No Title: states
for vehicles 20 yrs or older. Will anyone finance these types of ownership
vehicles?
