my 2003 grand marquis radiator fan doesn't shut off .

i cant seem to find where the fan relay is? i know its under the hood but where ? if its not
that could it be grounding out if so where ?  any pictures or diagrams would also be
awesome !! thanks Laurie

The fan control relay is located on the fan control module mounted to the fan assembly
