2019 Sorento QuantumLogic Surround

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Anyone having a problem with the QuantumLogic
surround? Have a 2019 Sorento. When you go into
the advanced menu, the QuantumLogic box is
checked. We have to uncheck the box and then
check it again to get the surround to work every
time we start the car. Also, drivers side door
speaker goes out. We have had the radio replaced
twice and still have same problems. Anyone hear of
this happening?

No we have not had it resolved. Dealt with the dealer and Kia directly- no one can figure it out. Have you had any luck?
