Asked by Feb 09, 2019 at 11:50 AM about the 2019 Jeep Cherokee

Question type: General

Brand new 2019 jeep cherokee stalled out 12 times in 4 days!!   Unsafe!
Almost rear ended numerous times.  What happens when you get hit from
behind but it is the vehicles fault not the driver that hit you from behind or
yourself because the vehicle stalled out.  Medical, insurance, hospitals,
police and whatever else might come from an accident.  Unsafe!  How do we
get the message out?

In most states it is almost always the fault of the driver that hits a vehicle from behind. Of course there are exceptions but that is the general rule. But get this back to the dealer it still should be under warranty, tell them what, when and how many times it has happened.
