Cherokee MYSTERY - not even the engineers at work can figure this one out!?!
I have a 2018 Jeep Cherokee.
1. I drive somewhere.
2. I stop.
3. I get back in the car between 2-20 minutes later and it will not start. It has
1/2 tank of gas.
4. I wait. Between 1-4 hours later, it starts up like nothing ever happened.
This has happened three times. What is really strange, is that when it will not
start, there is literally NO power. No lights, locks won't work, touchscreen is
100% blank, radio is completely off - it behaves as if the battery has been
removed. So, why would letting the car "sit" make a difference? The weather
is a consistent 70-80F.
