In regard to my 1998 Mazda 626, my front and rear (driver's side) lights won't turn off. Also, inside, the turn signal light indicates it is on (not flashing, though)... what is causing this?

I have checked the fuses and they seem to be fine.  Tried to find the relays, but
cannot find where they are located.
