Question type: General

Hello, I just bought my 626 GLX 2.0 '99. I have a great doubt, the driver´s seat has in it´s left side 2 "adjusting wheels", here´s the problem the front wheel lifts up the front part of the seat, but the other wheel only moves a litte and doesn´t lift the rear part or the seat or do anything.
How can i lift that part so the seat gets a little higher and whats the use of the other wheel.
Sorry for the dumb question but the  previous owner didn´t know and worst he lost the car´s manual....

TNXS anyway
