radio and dome light not working

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Auto parts store installed new battery.  Now my radio and dome light do not work.  Also, the door ajar indicator is always on.  All the fuses tested okay.  Any suggestions?

Must be a wiring issue if the fuses are okay? If the auto parts store messed up everything i would take it back to them and explain what happened and have them fix it. They broke it, they can fix it!
