Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1999 Mazda 626, 2.5l 6cy. When I first bought the
car it ran like a dream, drove it to the beach, which is about
350-400 miles away, and about a month after I got back the
car started giving me trouble. You can start it and drive it
for about 30-45 min then it will develop a very rough idle,
and it will start to lose power and eventually die. Then it will
not start for maybe 30 minutes to an hour, but it's like once
it cools off, it will start up and do it all over again. The
worse part is, it hasn't once popped up a check engine light
whatsoever and the light itself works. The coil pack had a
crack in it, I replaced it checked all the wires and spark
plugs and gap all good, replaced the fuel filter it was pretty
stopped up, but still same result. Any ideas???
