Car won't accelerate

My car when turned on it vibrates the whole car
and when I push on the gas it won't accelerate and
the mph monitor doesn't go up the speed when
pressed all the gas.  And when at a stop it vibrates
like it wants to turn off.  And sometimes it does.  
Please help!!!!!!
