Replacing 2004 Mazda MPV passenger headlight bulb

I am having trouble replacing the passenger side headlight bulb because it seems to have different seal.  It doesn't twist off like most I have replaced in the past

it dont have the plastic screw off ring on it,like the others.you have to remove the headlight assem to replace the bulbe.
