mpv tribute 2005 car stops if not given gas,at 30 mph it loses power ?

after 5-10 miles of running car starts to vibrate at 30 mph and dont go faster
than 35-45 mph. brought to a stop for five minutes and shot it off then the car
will stop if i don't give it gas, it will move if i continue accelerating but it will
slow down if i stop gassing it.
this is a 2005 tribute 2wd 94000 miles
