How to remove the console to get access to de radio on a 2005 Mazda 6?

Should be able to just pop off the trimplate around the radio carefully and then unscrew the radio.

this is not really a "do it yourself" project. the 6 has a lot of overlaping trim peices and a few hidden bolts. (you do need to remove the glove box, to get to one or two hidden bolts) if you live in WI near Milwaukee contact me, i can attempt to help you out in person

yes, there is a "hidden" bolt that you have to get to by dropping the glove box. Outside of that the center piece will pop out from the clips that are holding it in.
