Mazda 3 cd player doesn't play

I just bought a 2005 mazda 3 there is no owners manual. When I
put in a cd to play it just say check cd and nothing happens. I tried
several and all are original not burned. WhT do I need to do.

Access the back of the radio/CD player. And adjust it make sure it's level in hasn't wiggled loose along the road in there travels.
