Loose heat shield comes to mind for the exhaust. You should have that back at the stealership and have them fix that under warranty. Enjoy!

Metallic clicking sound under vehicle is usually associated with the exhaust system. A metal part is expanding and contracting during head up and cool down which causes the noise. Usually the ticking noise is rapid at first and as the item cools down the ticking becomes less rapid.

Thanks for responses. I’m taking it in anyway for first oil change so I’ll have them check heat shield just to be sure it’s not that.
