right side window will not crank up or down

Just bought a `63 stepside Right hand window will not crank up or down.By feel..everything seems in place.Even oiled where I could.As a novice..please help with any suggestions.Thanks

My passengers side window does that sometimes the gears are going out of it. I would suggest taking the door panel off and checking the gears amd if they are still intact then just clean the rust off with some PB Blaster and then use some White Lightning Grease
